Sulasol online shop terms and conditions of delivery


To place an order in the online shop, add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. For further information on the products, contact us by e-mail (sales@sulasol.fi) or phone the Sulasol sheet music shop (+358 10 8200 221).

In case of any changes to product, price or availability details after you place your order, we will contact you.

Terms of delivery

You may collect your order in person at the Sulasol shop at Klaneettitie 6–8, Helsinki. In this case, no handling or delivery fees will be charged. If you pay online, we can deliver your order in a letter, a maxi-letter or a postal package or through the ‘Ovelle’ service [home delivery] of the Finnish Post. Orders to be collected that have not been paid for online will be held for 2 weeks.

Delivery time

Products available in the online shop are in stock and will principally be sent out on the following weekday. During busy times, however, the handling time may be 1 to 3 days. Therefore the delivery time is 3 to 14 weekdays (also for orders to be collected). In case of any changes to product availability or a substantial delay in delivery, we will contact you.

Delivery fees

We will charge postage and handling costs as a delivery fee.

Means of payment

Orders may be paid for by online banking or by credit card.

If you collect your order from our shop, you may also pay for it when collecting (cash or credit card).

Payments using Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard cards

If you pay using a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, Sulasol is only responsible for marketing the products and services and for delivering the products to the customer. Any complaints should be addressed to Paytrail plc.

Paytrail plc is defined as the seller in all transactions paid for by a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, and the sale transaction is concluded between the customer and Paytrail plc. The seller assumes all statutory liabilities for the transaction. Paytrail plc is also the payment recipient.

Online banking

The payment transfer service for online banking is supplied by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the consumer, the service works exactly like other online payments.


You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging in the condition in which they were delivered. Include the order number, your contact information and your bank account number. We will refund the price of the order when we have received the products.

If you return a faulty product, please also include a description of the problem.
